About me
A passion to create value across borders
I am an economic policy analyst and adviser with 20 years experience on European and global policy in the areas of public finance, development, energy and trade. I have genuine curiosity and passion to understand, develop and apply solutions to optimise private and public sector activities in order to create value for society.
I am presently th Director for Cohesion and EU Budget at CPMR (Conference for Peripheral and Maritime Regions), as well as a expert giving regularly trainings to civil servants of the EU institutions and member state governments for the European Institute for Public Administration (EIPA). I have worked in many areas and in diverse roles such as researcher, manager, lecturer, European Commission official and policy adviser. My career has brought me unique and highly rewarding opportunities to work in fascinating areas spanning from rural development to transforming cities. I seek to find interlinkages between economic sectors and diverse stakeholders, as well as providing practical solutions to the design of more integrated policy approaches.
